The ingredients should be readily available at your local grocery store: Basic Sofrito Recipe: 2 pounds- large green peppers 1 pound- medium size head of garlic 3 pounds- large onions 1- bunch of cilantro 1/2 cup- vegetable oil Add these items from your own "hortaliza"... 50- recao leaves 1 pound- ajies dulce (small sweet cooking peppers) Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and chop coarsely. Add in the water a small amount at a time.Pour this mixture into icecube trays and freeze. Anytime you are going to cook some asopao, habichuelas, arroz con gandules, or your own carne guizada, just throw in 1-2 cubes of Sofrito. Add this mixture (to taste) to bean dishes, stews, soups, and anything else you want to spice up. Recaito 1 medium Spanish onion, cut into big chunks 8 garlic cloves, peeled 6 ajies dulces, hot peppers, cored, seeded, and cut into chunks or 1 cubanelle pepper, cored, seeded, and cut into chunks 4 leaves culantro (if you can't find culantro, increase the amount of cilantro by half) 1 cup packed fresh cilantro, stems and all, coarsely chopped 1. Place the onion and garlic in the work bowl of a food processor fitted with the metal blade. 2. With the motor running, add the remaining ingredients, one at a time and process, until the mixture is smooth. 3. Set aside the amount you need for the recipe you're preparing. 4. Pack the remaining recaito in ½-cup portions in sealable plastic bags and store in freezer.

Near Azusa, yet you could live comfortably? Try Monrovia, Duarte, Bradbury, San Dimas, Arcadia... I would stay away from Moreno Valley or anywhere too close...if you MUST....try Corona or certain Parts of Riverside... EDIT: in reference to the comment below, Monrovia has had some gang issues, particularly last year...these were more of a racial issue than a gang issue, as the 2 people who were killed were not in a gang. (one was a female honor student; the other was a h.s. athlete). What the person fails to mention below is that these murders happened on the south border of Monrovia and in the unincorporated portions that are near Peck Road, and that are usually refered to as part of the city of El Monte. Monrovia's heart of the city is Foothill, where some homes are VERY EXPENSIVE...therefore, if you live in Monrovia (and not the outlying cities of El Monte, Baldwin Park, Alhambra, or southwest of these areas, you'll be fine)

So far that is the plan. Might open later than anticipated because of the economy. But its coming.

likely yes... and yes the DO have it in MN if you go to most Walmart Supercenters, check their cola section and find their Great Value/Sam's Choice brand section, they have pineapple flavored in every one i have ever visited. many places also carry Fanta Pineapple flavored soda
