You can't find the recipe on the Internet. Not even on the travel channel website. I called the restaurant and she said it was their secret recipe. Maybe you can e-mail the restaurant and beg for the recipe! The owner told me she would maybe put it in her second cookbook. Good luck!!!

Price to build a new house in Hermosa Beach, CA?

I built a house in Hermosa in 2001 as an owner contractor and it wound up costing me $114 per foot. Since that time the cost of labor and material has increased significantly so you are probably looking at close to $200 per foot. The building department in the City of Hermosa is very picky about construction and they are very difficult to deal with. If they decide that you need to do such and such you have no choice but to spend the money and do it. Secondly Hermosa is an upscale community so if you ever want to sell the place you need to go with quality stuff.

They really don't care about your stuff, even if you label things as fragile. Some don't understand any English and therefore they don't know what the "fragile" or "glass" label means.

I used to ride my bike down on PCH on the beach trail back in the 1990s because i worked up in Venice Beach, Ca at that time. The only bar where I saw a gig back in 2003 at was the bar called "Chillers" , but I think that was in the next city over in Manhatten Beach, Ca Here is more info on Hermosa Beach, Ca www.laweekly.com That area around there is very nice and not cheap to stay in just so you know. The closer you get to the beach, the more you'll pay I assume.
