Yes, Redding, California. Lived there many years and it is a lot like Monrovia... You are not far from the coast, or the mountains and it is the gateway to the beautiful state of Oregon. Redding, Calif. has a lot of boating, fishing, hunting, sports and an auditorium where they have all kinds of activities. Good shopping with the right prices. Beauty shops galore. Your pick of grocery stores with the right price and foods..Good restaurants Clint Eastwood lives just east of there in Hat Creek on the ranch that Bing Crosby used to own. It is called the Rising River Ranch...Of course everyone knows that Merle Haggard lives just outside of Redding a stones throw away..

Take Foothill Transit 494 to the El Monte Transit Center. Then take the Foothill Transit Silver Streak to downtown. From there, you can take the Red Line Subway to Hill Street.

You might be able to find something at Party City or even Disneyland's Pirate Store (Pieces of Eight), but the best place to get stuff for a pirate party is orientaltrading.com. If you want a nice big flag, you can usually find one at a flag store.

Okay, get a grip on what I'm about to tell you. I assure you it is true. Whatever kind of job you could do for someone else, you can do it working for yourself. If you're any good at it at all, and can even ATTEMPT to sell yourself to potential customers, you'll make more money self employed. Want to work in lawn care? Get ahold of a lawn mower and truck and go find someone that needs your services. Want to work with cars? Get ahold of a set of wrenches and find someone that needs a car worked on. Get a new mindset. Stop thinking you need a boss. You don't. You just need someone that needs the skills you have, and the tools to do it with. Unless you want to be like everyone else and not hire yourself for being a felon. I assure you that you can do this. Have the courage to try, you've nothing to lose, have you?

It would be better for your mental and physical health to move to Monrovia than to commute there from Woodland Hills every day. (or vice versa) And much more environmentally responsible. But in answer to your question, your driving time is going to be at least an hour.

Look up on the internet the cemetary you want in that city.
