Perhaps you mean misdemeanor. Actually, according to California law, it is an infraction, not a misdemeanor, and would have a fine of about $150; however, you may have been in violation of Northridge city codes, which I can't find at this point. Here's the California law: California Business and Professions Code, Section 25620 (a), which reads: Any person possessing any can, bottle, or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverage that has been opened, or a seal broken, or the contents of which have been partially removed, in any city, county, or city and county owned park or other city, county, or city and county owned public place, or any recreation and park district, or any regional park or open-space district shall be guilty of an *infraction* if the city, county, or city and county has enacted an ordinance that prohibits the possession of those containers in those areas or the consumption of alcoholic beverages in those areas. Edit: With the addition of the code violation, I see that you violated Los Angeles Municipal Code? 41.27(c) (LAMC) No person shall drink any malt, spirituous or vinous liquor containing more than one-half of one per cent of alcohol by volume, upon any street, sidewalk or parkway, park, playground, Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, or in any railroad depot or bus station, or in any public place, or in any place open to the patronage of the public, which premises are not licensed for the consumption of such liquor on the premises. From brief research, I see reference to fines of up to $1,000.

i`m really sorry to hear bout this thing. it`s quite complicate and i know it`s very hard but the only answer is i guess when u r at school, try to tell your teacher bout this or else this thing can be a bigger problem and one more thing, if there r anyone live nearby ur house, try to ask for help. the alternate way is u can moved out from ur school and go to a nearby school if there is a nearby school. i think this is only thing i can do. hope this answer helps u.
